LINDSAY WARREN BAKER 

(Book, Music & Lyrics) is a stage director, writer, teaching artist, acting coach, and yoga instructor. As a writer, Baker is best known for her work on the award winning and Broadway-bound AUSTEN’S PRIDE, A New Musical of Pride and Prejudice. Additional collaborative works include LILY, A Musical Portrait; TRUTH IN BEAUTY: A Shakespeare Sonnet Project; DANIEL, The Musical; All the Buzz; Personal Foul; The Rendez-Vous; and Blocked. Other original works include Homecoming, B*, The Stakeout, Thirst and several originally devised movement theater pieces including Superstition, Train of Thought, The Alphabet Project, and Cirque Mystére: The Fairy Element. Directing credits include Indecent; Ordinary Days; At Swim, Two Boys; Hamlet; Mrs. President; Burned Over; The Cat’s Meow; The Shadow of the Hummingbird; The Impresario; Lo Speziale; Vittorio Gianni’s Beauty and the Beast; Next to Normal; and A Little Night Music. Baker is an adjunct Instructor of Opera and acting coach at the Eastman School of Music. She has also worked in various capacities with Geva Theatre Center, Eastman Opera Theatre, and the Ohio Light Opera. Education and Training: SUNY Empire State College (MA Liberal Studies), St. Olaf College (BA Music and Theater), O’Neill National Theater Institute, Moscow Art Theatre, Dagara Music Center (Ghana).

AMANDA JACOBS 

(Book, Music, Lyrics & Orchestrations) is recognized most for her work on Austen’s Pride - A New Musical of Pride & Prejudice  (Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival, 2016; LaMirada, 2015; NYMF 2011-Stage Entertainment Award, Most Promising Musical).  In 2014, JASNA chose her as their International Visitor, and she spent six weeks in Chawton, UK, Jane Austen’s home, composing, performing/producing concerts. Other works: Learning How to Drown (Boston College, 2016; The PiTCH-FLMTF 2014, 2015 Johnny Mercer Writer’s Colony-Goodspeed Musicals); The Up Side of Down ( with Y York, Hormel Festival 2015). Other collaborative works: Daniel, Lily, and Truth in Beauty.  Jacobs is also recognized for her concert & sacred music composition, most recently Charlotte Smith’s The Song Cycles of Beachy Head (Boulanger Initiative, 2019, Carnegie Hall, 2018, BWWC, 2017 World Premiere, Chawton Library, UK/Britten-Pears Foundation, 2016, University of Melbourne, 2015; Ucross Foundation). She recently completed her PhD in Educational Psychology and specializes in learning environments in the Arts. IGOR GOLDIN

(Director) is a New York City based director and educator. He devotes much of his time developing original plays and musicals for the stage: Austen’s Pride, A New Musical of Pride & Prejudice (Seattle 5th Ave; ACT of CT; The REV/Finger Lakes, NY; La Mirada/McCoy Rigby, CA); Brett Ryback & Eric Ulloa’s Passing Through (Goodspeed Musicals, CT); Eric Ulloa’s 26 Pebbles and his upcoming Reindeer Sessions (both World Premieres, The Human Race Theatre, OH); John Mercurio’s Academy (Tuacahn New Works Festival, UT), Adam Gwon/Michele Lowe’s The Proxy Marriage (Goodspeed Festival of New Musicals, CT). Igor received a Drama Desk nomination for Outstanding Director of a Musical for the original Off-Broadway production of YANK!. Other Off-Broadway productions include the original musical, With Glee, and the new play, A Ritual of Faith, both New York Times Critic Picks. He has directed 11 musicals for the New York Musical Theatre Festival, 3 of which garnered him the NYMF Award for Excellence in Direction. MATT PERRI 

(Music Director / Conductor) is currently the Resident Music Supervisor for The 5th Avenue Theatre where he recently music directed / conducted West Side Story and Rock of Ages. He was the final conductor for the Broadway musical Bandstand, including the film version. Other Broadway credits: Come From Away; Finding Neverland; Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella; Scandalous; How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (2011); Promises, Promises (2010); Rock of Ages; White Christmas; and The Drowsy Chaperone. Off-Broadway: Cagney. Perri also co-produced the original cast recording of Cagney. Television credits: “The Sound of Music Live” and “Peter Pan Live,” both on NBC; “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon;” “The Late Show with David Letterman,” “The View.” In concert, he has served as music director and performed with Bette Midler, Kristin Chenoweth, and Mario Cantone. He lives in Poulsbo, WA with his wife Molly, son Elliot, and daughter Nola.

(Co-Producer) is a producer and production designer with experience in theatre, television, independent film, trade shows, and live events. Design credits include The Jerry Lewis Telethon, The Miss America Pageant, Showtime and Lifetime comedy specials, Women's Sports Foundation, Variety Foundation of New York, and product launches for Solvay, Novartis, and Abbott Laboratories. Producer credits for trade shows include broadcast industry camera demonstrations for Sony, Ikegami, Canon, and Panasonic. Theatrical producer credits include: My Trip Down the Pink Carpet (NY / London), Three Sides (NY), By Jeeves (London), The Gronholm Method (LA), and The Realistic Joneses (Broadway 2014). Daniel is a proud member of the United Scenic Artists and the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

(Co-Producer) The Della Pietras are thrilled to be part of the Austen's Pride team and are proud supporters of the arts.  Their 18-year-old actress/singer-songwriter daughter Ava Della Pietra has graced Broadway and national tour stages since age 7.

(Co-Producer) invests in and develops theater that both learns and teaches about the human spirit. Steve and Paula Reynolds are pleased to be a part of Austen’s Pride as it builds on the Jane Austen collection we know and love. This is a story that is set in time but is timeless. The music, the color and the passion speak to all of us.

LEE ADHEMAR G. FELDSHON

(Co-Producer) has 23 years of experience as an entertainment/corporate lawyer. He founded the entertainment law firm, Feldshon Law PLLC, and previously served as Director of Legal Affairs/Business Development at Radio City Entertainment/Madison Square Garden. He represents producers, writers, directors, actors, and other creatives in theater, and has served as production counsel and otherwise prepared and negotiated contracts for a variety of live theatrical productions, including Hamilton (Bway), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Bway), The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, De La Guarda, Heathers, Radio City Rockettes performances, and many others. He has represented the New York Musical Festival (NYMF) since its 2004 founding and many participating shows. Lee has often fantasized about being Mr. Darcy, but doesn’t want anyone to know that.

(Co-Producer) is a performing arts producer and administrator. Her non-profit beginnings at Broadway At Music Circus and Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival eventually took her to New York City. A former assistant at NAMCO, she's currently the east coast booking agent at CAMI Music.

(Co-Producer) Alex Marrs (she/her) is a nonprofit arts professional working Off-Broadway at Primary Stages. Board Member: Colt Coeur. Ryan Ratelle Producer Austen's Pride

RYAN RATELLE

(Co-Producer) is an NYC based producer, publicist, and director with nearly twenty years of experience working on Broadway. He is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of RRR Creative  / RRR Productions (Triple R), a boutique creative agency. Current and past clients include a wide range of productions, personalities, and events. As a producer, Ryan is currently represented with the Whitney Houston biopic, “I Wanna Dance With Somebody,” now in movie theaters and streaming worldwide. He has several projects in development under the RRR Productions umbrella, including Merrilee Mannerly - A Magnificent New Musical, Bittersweet, Alice in Dragland, I Loved, I Lost, I Made Spaghetti; and The Message. As a publicist, Ratelle managed award-winning publicity campaigns for more than 25 Broadway productions. He, along with his husband and business partner, Sam Ratelle, designed the Ziegfeld Follies exhibit at the Museum of Broadway. @ryrat  

 

Lindsey and Benjamin Weisman

(Co-Producer) are delighted to be a part of the Austen's Pride Team. Lindsey is a Director at Merrill Lynch and the co-founder of Boonton Rainbow Pride. Benjamin is the Director of Development for Playwrights Horizons and serves on the Town Council in Boonton, NJ. They love theater, travel, visiting vineyards and, most importantly, playing with their dog, Kaya, and cat, Cleopatra. Cheers to the whole team! They couldn't be more excited to be a part of the journey for this beautiful and important show.

Brian Curl 

(Education Director / Co-Producer) is a professional teaching artist / actor / director / choreographer from New York City, who currently sits on the Educational Theatre Association’s Board of Directors. Since 2008, Brian has been traveling the United States teaching musical theatre based workshops at festivals, conferences, high schools, and colleges. Brian is currently collaborating with a few Broadway productions to develop branded workshops furthering the importance of theatre education. In 2018, Brian was invited to participate in the EdTA & NEA Model Curriculum Framework project, where standards-based curricular units in Musical Theatre were created by theatre professionals from across the United States.

The 5th Avenue Theatre

ACT (A Contemporary Theatre) of Connecticut

(Originating Theater - Mar/April 2019) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) professional theatre located in Ridgefield, CT. Founded in 2018 by Katie Diamond, Daniel C. Levine and Bryan Perri, and along with the more recent addition of R.
